Job Title : Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Control Tower Job Location: Gurgaon (Full time) (Onsite) Ecom Express Private limited is a leading end-to-end technology enabled logistics solution provider to the Indian e-commerce industry. Headquartered in Gurugram, Ecom Express has established its presence in the industry due to differentiated business model which is built on delivery service capability, scalability, customization and sustainability. About the Job role: The control tower is a team that identifies operational issues using real time datato highlight the potential breach and fix these issues by coordinating with the operations team. The function includes follow-up on calls until the issue is resolved. A root cause analysis on the recurring issues and provide the solution on the same is also the responsibility of the control tower. Control tower works 24*7 on real data to drive the performance of the entire supply chain. Key Result Areas 1. Prevent failure proactive identification of failures and take corrective actions with help of Central Operations team 2. Analytical insight provide actionable improvement plan basis root cause analysis of Supply chain matrices 3. Create Visibility –with help of technology. Minimize manual intervention where possible and create an error free ecosystem Ideal candidate would have a good mix of Operational exposure and Data Driven approach to solve real life business problems Qualification/technical knowledge Essential Graduate/MBA Preferred Working knowledge of R,SQL, Python Essential / likely experience Essential 1. 4-5+ years of experience with min 1 year of association with e-tail/ e-Commerce logistics industry . 2. Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power point.
