Job Role Title : Executive/ Sr. Executive- Human Resource Job Location : Bangalore (Hoskote) Experience: 2+ years in HR generalist role. Headquartered in Gurugram, ECOM Express has established its presence in the industry due to a differentiated business model which is built on delivery service capability, scalability, customization, and sustainability Job Responsibilities: Payroll management & Attendance management- Maintaining the attendance report and leave records. Managing the complete Employee Life Cycle from hire to retire. Furnish the MIS and reports on time with accuracy. Taking care of Vendor management Understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. Efficient HR administration and people management skill Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc. Grievances Handling of Employees Manage end to end recruitment which includes off roll & on roll hiring. Extensive use of portals like Naukri / Social Media networking like LinkedIn. Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screen applicants for positions. Offer negotiation and closures. Efficient coordination with stakeholders & recruitment agencies. Maintain the MIS reports for attendance/grievance/payroll ets and update the same on a weekly basis. Strong hold on MS. Excel Requirements: Should have team management capability. Good communication / proactive / quick / sense of ownership / commitment to the job/ working within TAT are necessary behavioral attributes.
