Key Responsible areas:- - Proper site work planning & Execution - Coordination with team & Customer properly for smooth operation - Good planning with daily TPT number achievement without any breaches - Safety compliance & quality assurance - Environmental compliance & quality control & on time issue resolution - Manage sales & P&L with profitability - Good INV control skills - Daily progress report with dashboard publishes Good team bonding & on time solution for smooth flow - Visual merchandising (VM) and customer satisfaction for the categories/brands within the department. - A team involvement must for get the work done one time - At least 5-7 Years of experience in logistic industry (added advantage) - Must have handled team size of minimum 250 -300 - Must know - English + Telugu + Hindi language - Reliance + Lifestyle experience will be an added advantage. - Must be good in Planning his work, Planning to achieve the targets & good in Leading and driving team to achieve the results (Target oriented) - He mush knowing IB , OB , INV , TC , RT B2C & B2B all process - He must knowing about KRA, KPIs, SLA , SOW , SOP related Why Join Ecom Express?
