Ecom Express has its presence in all 29 states of the country and operates in over 2650+ towns across 27,000+ PIN-codes in India POSITION : Telecaller _Recruiter JOB LOCATION: Marol (Andheri) Mumbai ,Maharashtra JOB PURPOSE: To hire a team of Field Service Executives responsible for successfully conducting the operational activities of the Ecom Express Services. Position Reports T o- Regional Capacity Lead MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS : 1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy 2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by telecalling 3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions 4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule 5. Assess applicants relevant, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes 6. Onboard new employees to become fully integrated 7. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations 8.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 9.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 10.Promote companys reputation as best place to work” Education - Graduate/Postgraduate Skills required: Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) or Telecaller Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) Proficient in MS Office Mobility Knowledge of local geography Preferred Strong decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Gujrati communication is must ESSENTIAL / LIKELY EXPERIENCE Essential One to four or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources Bachelor’s / Master's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field Proficiency with content management systems Experience in developing a recruitment strategy Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities Generic: Adaptability/Flexibility • Communication • Interpersonal Skills • Initiative • Leadership • Planning & Organizing • Team Building Result Orientation • Problem Solving Skills • Cost Consciousness Why join Ecom Express?
