Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Execution
Total Rewards Design
• Create and communicate a compelling Total Rewards philosophy aligned with company culture and values.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to support competitive offers and retention strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative reward solutions tailored to the automotive sector. Analytics & Reporting
• Build dashboards and models to assess compensation competitiveness and financial impact of rewards programs.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. Compliance & Governance
• Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with labor laws and internal policies.
• Lead audits and risk assessments related to compensation and benefits.
Your Experience and Qualification
• Education - MBA or Masters in HR • Experience - 812 years in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in manufacturing/automotive • Skills - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill • Tools - Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, compensation modeling tool
