Profile :- Deputy Manager - Banking

Location :- Kundali , Haryana

Experience :- 8yrs to 10yrs

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1) Payment Processing:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of Domestic and Import payments through SAP.

• Handle daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. Banking

2)Operations:

• Manage day-to-day interactions with banks for various financial transactions.

• Coordinate and maintain smooth relationships with banking partners.

3) Import Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare and manage documentation for all import-related payments including:

• Letters of Credit (LC)

• Bank Guarantees (BG)

• Forms 15CA/15CB

• Tax Residency Certificate (TRC)

• Form 10F

• Royalty and technical fee payments.

4)EDPMS & IDPMS Management:

• Handle closure of EDPMS and IDPMS entries in coordination with banks.

• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines for export/import documentation.

5)Financial Reporting & Forecasting:

• Prepare Foreign Exchange (Fx) Exposure reports.

• Maintain daily and monthly Cash Reports.

• Assist in the preparation of Rolling Cash Forecasts.

6) General Ledger Scrutiny:

• Scrutinize Banking and Accounts Receivable (AR) related General Ledger (GL) accounts for accuracy and compliance.

7) Accounts Receivable Management:

• Supervise and support the AR team in monitoring collections and outstanding receivables.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve AR issues.

8) Sales Cut-off & Provisions:

• Ensure accurate sales cut-off procedures are followed.

• Prepare and review provision entries for doubtful debts.

9)Reporting & MIS:

• Prepare periodic MIS and reports covering all key banking and accounts-related metrics.

• Provide actionable insights to senior management based on financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
