About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Azure AI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
Partner with enterprise clients to understand transformation goals and design scalable Azure AI architectures.
Lead project execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Translate business requirements into intelligent, user-centric AI solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Mentor and guide junior team members, driving professional growth and technical excellence.
Ensure compliance with enterprise IT strategies, data governance, and security standards.
Contribute to innovation initiatives, building reusable assets, accelerators, and playbooks.
Support business development through RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven expertise in
Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem
(Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, Power Platform).
7-12 years of experience in AI solution architecture, implementation, and client-facing delivery.
Strong program/project leadership experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Passion for mentoring and building high-performing technical teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to combine hands-on execution with consultative client advisory skills.
