a) Complete knowledge on procurement of Tower Cranes, Rope Sunspended Platforms(SRP), Passenger Hoists, Material Hoists, Bar Bending Machines, Bar Cutting Manchines & Hydra.
b) Knowledge on weigh bridge AMCs and procurement of construction plant & machinery spare parts.
c) Knowledge on Stainless Steel Fabricated items procurement.
d) Procurement of finishing materials like Granites, Tandur Stones, Italian marbles and Engineering Wooden Flooring.
e) Understand the distinctions and requirements of both service contract work orders and supply purchase orders.
f) Understanding the terms and conditions of Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (Wos)
g) Candidates must be willing and available to visit project sites whenever required.
