As a Deputy Manager-Administration in the Garments Industry, your role will involve managing daily operations of garment production and manufacturing. This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality control, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency, and coordinating with design, procurement, and sales departments. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring production schedules, implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques, overseeing inventory management and supply chain logistics, and leading and mentoring operational staff and production teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of garment production and manufacturing - Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control - Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency - Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales departments - Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery - Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques - Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics - Lead and mentor operational staff and production teams - Develop and manage operational budgets - Ensure workplace safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing or related industry - Proven track record of managing production processes and operations - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of garment industry standards and regulations - Experience with process improvement methodologies - Strong organizational and time management skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills Please note that the work location for this role is Erode, and the job type is Full-time, Permanent.
