Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Current Account). The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new current account customers and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable current account products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell other products and services to current account customers
  • Stay updated with market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of current account products and services
  • Familiarity with local market and customer preferences
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
