Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers for current accounts through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to promote the bank's products and services. Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of current account products and services. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Additional Parameters Knowledge of local market and competition. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Fluency in local language will be an added advantage.
