Deputy Head Leadership Pathways & Learning Architecture

As a Deputy Head - Leadership Pathways & Learning Architecture at Adfactors PR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's comprehensive leadership development strategy. Reporting directly to the SVP of Growth & Development Initiatives, you will be instrumental in shaping the future generation of boardroom-ready leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement the flagship Leadership Pathways program, with the aim of establishing a world-class learning ecosystem within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Translate the company's strategic vision into a scalable leadership development framework. - Develop and oversee a team of internal coaches and external faculty members from prestigious institutions such as IIMs, XLRI, TISS, and global partners. - Personally conduct impactful learning interventions. - Deploy and manage an enterprise-grade Learning Management System (LMS) integrated with advanced analytics. - Lead projects from inception to completion, including stakeholder engagement, budgeting, timelines, and impact assessment. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in corporate Learning & Development (L&D) or leadership development. - Demonstrated proficiency in program management, curriculum design, and executive facilitation. - Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement. - Academic background from reputable institutions, with preference for IIM, XLRI, or TISS. - Dedication to creating measurable and high-impact leadership development journeys.
