Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead complete tendering lifecycle: bid preparation, submission, and client coordination

* Analyze tender documents, prepare BOQs, ensure compliance with commercial & technical terms

* Estimate costs for civil, hydro-mechanical, and electrical components

* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors & subcontractors

* Conduct risk assessment and market rate analysis

* Guide the tendering team and prepare management reports

* Strong knowledge of hydroelectric project components (dams, tunnels, powerhouses, etc.)

* Proficient in estimation tools & software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Candy, etc.)

* Excellent in cost estimation, rate analysis & contract review

* Familiar with govt. e-procurement portals and public sector bidding processes
