experience reqd-7-12 yrs

Role & responsibilities

Operational Oversight:
Manage the daily operations of the store(s), ensuring efficiency in processes, adherence to policies, and effective resource allocation.
Staff Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their professional development.
Sales & Marketing:
Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, and monitoring sales performance against KPIs.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and coordinate with the supply chain department for timely deliveries.
Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data and profit margins, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by maintaining store appearance, optimizing product placement, and handling customer feedback effectively.
Loss Prevention:
Implement and enforce strategies to reduce shrinkage, theft, and other operational losses.
