Job Description

As a Strategic Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the staffing business. Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new clients across industries for contract staffing, permanent recruitment, and workforce solutions. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Business Leaders, and Procurement Heads will be essential to your success. Market research will play a crucial role in your role, as you will need to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the staffing industry. Leading negotiations, developing proposals, and implementing pricing strategies for new business deals will be part of your daily tasks. Defining and tracking KPIs to measure sales performance and effectiveness will also be a key responsibility. In addition to strategic sales, you will be involved in financial and strategic planning. This will include preparing sales forecasts, revenue projections, and tracking the financial performance and profitability of the staffing business unit. Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives will also be part of your role. Client relationship management is another critical aspect of your job. You will serve as the point of escalation for high-value clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Developing long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their talent needs and providing tailored solutions will be crucial for maintaining strong client relationships. Your role will also involve driving revenue growth and business development. This will require you to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, and conduct market analysis to understand competition and industry trends. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals will also be part of your responsibilities. As a leader in the organization, you will be responsible for setting performance goals, monitoring achievements, and fostering a high-performance work culture aligned with company values. Your ability to lead and inspire your team will be critical to driving success in this role.
