Supervision: Oversee day-to-day production activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating various stages of manufacturing.
Efficiency: Optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum downtime. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements, particularly as fire equipment is safety critical. Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials, components, and finished products inventory to ensure smooth production flow.
Software Proficiency: Competence in using production management software (e.g., SAP ERP systems), CAD software for design, and other relevant IT tools.
