Fundraising:

Develop and execute strategies to raise funds for the organization's expansion,

capital projects, and operational needs.

Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and

stakeholders to secure funding opportunities.

Financial Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with the company's

growth objectives.

Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and provide strategic

recommendations for effective financial management.

Banking Operations:

Oversee all banking activities, including Account Management, Transactions, and

Reconciliations.

Ensure Compliance with Banking Regulations, implement efficient banking

processes, and optimize the use of financial instruments.

Corporate Insurance:

Head the Corporate Insurance Domain, Manage Insurance Policies, Renewals, Claims

Processing, and Risk Assessments.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks to the

organization through comprehensive insurance coverage.

Cash Flow Projections:

Develop and maintain accurate cash flow projections to support working capital

management.

Analyze cash flow patterns, identify trends, and make informed decisions to

optimize cash resources efficiently.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards in

financial reporting practices.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high

performance and continuous improvement.

Provide guidance on financial matters, promote collaboration, and contribute to the

professional development of team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or
• professional certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management with Manufacturing Export House, with a focus
• on fundraising, banking, insurance, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret financial data and
• provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with
• internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Excel and
