Hello,

We are Hiring for BDO (Business Development Officer Position)

Key Responsibilities :

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Pitch consultancy services (Recruitment, HR Solutions, Advisory, etc.) to corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and align consultancy offerings to meet their needs.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM/client database.
Build partnerships with companies, industry groups, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular business reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Support brand-building initiatives such as attending networking events, job fairs, or industry seminars.
