Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Partner, your main responsibility will be to support the manufacturing organization and business by providing services, solutions, and interventions across all people processes. You will collaborate, advise, and support Plant Leadership Teams and Site HRs on people-related decisions, ensuring high ownership of the talent engagement, retention, and development agenda. Additionally, you will oversee employee engagement processes to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Your role will also involve overseeing plant-level recruitment, supporting various programs and learning and development initiatives according to the Regional and global/COE's plan. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate, advise, and support Plant Leadership Teams and Site HRs on people-related decisions - Oversee employee engagement processes to improve the employee experience - Support plant-level recruitment and various programs aligned with Regional and global/COE's plan - Provide advice and collaborate with plant management, corporate, and global teams on IR matters - Guide Site HRs in managing labor relations and dealing with labor unions, negotiations, and disputes - Standardize disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and statutory compliance reporting - Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and standards - Identify talent gaps and develop strategies for succession planning - Lead employee engagement strategies, retention programs, and initiatives for employee well-being and diversity - Monitor and analyze key HR metrics across all plants for data-driven decision-making - Oversee people function for six manufacturing plants across India and lead the team of Site HRs - Promote a high-performance culture and leadership development among Site HR teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in HR business partnering, industrial relations, and talent management - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India - Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills - Ability to analyze HR metrics and drive data-driven decision-making - Experience in overseeing multiple manufacturing plants is a plus (Note: The additional details of the company Calderys Group have been omitted from the Job Description as per instructions) Role Overview: As a Business Partner, your main responsibility will be to support the manufacturing organization and business by providing services, solutions, and interventions across all people processes.
