As the Deputy Chief Human Resource Officer at FACOR, you will play a key role in the HR Management Improvement Program (MIP) and report directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing a performance-oriented culture and benchmarking best people practices to enhance productivity and employee wellness. - Ensuring peaceful industrial relations to support business targets. - Focusing on increasing diversity in the workforce. - Creating a workplace that values all employees, fosters innovation, and promotes operational excellence, digital transformation, and innovation. - Emphasizing health, safety, and environmental compliance. To be successful in this role, you should be a graduate/post-graduate with 12-15 years of relevant experience, possess a collaborative approach, and have excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a manufacturing setup is a mandatory requirement.
