Deputy Chief Marketing Officer

As the Deputy Chief Marketing Officer at FACOR, you will be presented with a transformational opportunity to make a significant difference within the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer at FACOR, your role will be pivotal within the Marketing and Integrated Planning (MIP) team. Key Responsibilities: - Execute marketing strategies to ensure the achievement of all business goals, meeting set targets for Sales and Net Sales Revenue (NSR) maximization. - Benchmark with industry peers to optimize product mix, marketing tactics, pricing strategies, communication approaches, and geographical distribution strategies. - Enhance the Domestic market share and wallet share among end-users by employing a strategic mix of Long Term Contracts (LTC), Short Term Contracts (STC), and spot sales. Develop both Domestic and Export market expansion strategies. - Collaborate with operations to explore new value-added products, creating a roadmap for new market development. - Harness digitalization and technology to enhance customer experience, handle complaints effectively, and maintain strong customer relationships in line with the overall marketing plan. - Ensure strict adherence to Cardinal Principles of Sales and Marketing, maintaining the highest standards of governance, ethics, compliance, and transparent reporting to manage business risks effectively.
