Deputy CFO - Manufacturing

You will be working for a company that specializes in designing advanced material layers for various applications such as vehicles and modern architecture. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing financial strategies to improve margins and achieve sustainable growth - Managing capital allocation, optimizing the capital structure, and evaluating investments to ensure a healthy return on investment - Ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting in alignment with statutory and board requirements - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks as well as managing operational and regulatory risks - Building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as promoters, investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align actions with long-term organizational goals - Attention to detail and effective decision-making skills - Integrity and commitment to ethical conduct - Achievement-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets - Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members with a supportive leadership approach - Excellent relationship management and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively Ideally, you should have a minimum of 20 years of finance leadership experience with a focus on business controlling and financial management.
