The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies, marketing campaigns, and ensuring strong brand positioning in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. - Plan and implement ATL & BTL marketing campaigns. - Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends. - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive brand growth. - Monitor and analyze brand performance and suggest improvements. - Drive customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives. Requirements: - Experience: 2-4 years in a brand management role. - Industry Background: Preferably from Retail, Apparel, Hosiery, or FMCG sectors. - Language: Must be fluent in Hindi. - Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and digital strategies. - Preferred Location: Candidates from Bangalore or willing to relocate.
