We are looking for an experienced Deputy Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager with 2-4 years of expertise in brand management to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies, marketing campaigns, and ensuring strong brand positioning in the market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Plan and implement ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive brand growth.
Monitor and analyze brand performance and suggest improvements.
Drive customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements:Experience: 2-4 years in a brand management role.
Industry Background: Preferably from Retail, Apparel, Hosiery, or FMCG sectors.
Language: Must be fluent in Hindi.
Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and digital strategies.
Preferred Location: Candidates from Bangalore or willing to relocate.
