Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to align social media campaigns with broader business objectives. Monitor feedback from B2B clients and farmers on social channels, ensuring timely responses and improving customer satisfaction levels. Engage with agricultural communities by highlighting product benefits tailored to their specific needs, resulting in measurable increases in inquiries and sales from farmers. Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, generating detailed reports and applying data-driven insights to optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Manage targeted paid campaigns and ads aimed at corporate buyers and farmers, achieving high ROI through precise audience segmentation and ad placements. Promote educational content for farmers, such as product tutorials and best practices, to increase engagement and awareness within rural audiences.
