Team Leadership Ability to mentor and guide developers, ensuring efficiency. Stakeholder Management Strong communication skills to liaise with business teams and clients. Code Review & Quality Assurance Enforcing best practices in development and testing. SecondarySkills (Good-to-Have) DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines Microservices Architecture Database Management (SQL, NoSQL) Mobile Development (Flutter, React Native) Security & Compliance Best Practices Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage development teams for successful project execution.
