Job Description

You will lead a result-oriented team and be responsible for managing the Branch Profitability. It is crucial to ensure high-quality service, Customer Relationship Management, Operation, and risk management. Your duties will include owning all branch-banking objectives, supervising overall branch operations, and ensuring the achievement of Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales. You will also be responsible for Key Customer Relationship Management and overseeing all High-Net-Worth customer programs. Your role will involve ensuring that all components of the branch sales model function as per the design specifications. You will be responsible for handling complaints, reviewing Branch Operations reports, managing teller operations and vault, and coordinating Branch Merchandising with Marketing at a product level. Additionally, you will review the vault register and Key Registers to maintain accurate records and supervise adherence to the sales process and Operational Checklist.,
