Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the branch targets by planning various marketing activities within the assigned region. Your main focus will be on championing the entire student cycle, which includes prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation, and support. You will also need to meet with principals, coordinators, and management personnel of schools for business generation. Conducting seminars in various places such as schools, open seminars in town, residential apartments (townships), and corporate locations will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring daily sales activity governance and admission management in the branch will be crucial. Educating the team about the product portfolio and other services, identifying new market segments, and tapping profitable business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments are key tasks. Additionally, you will need to constantly educate and check the product knowledge of sales and operations employees, develop positive working relationships, address employee issues, manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and prepare MIS reports as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve the branch targets and plan marketing activities - Champion the entire student cycle - Meet with schools" personnel for business generation - Conduct seminars in various locations - Ensure daily sales activity governance and admission management - Educate the team about the product portfolio - Identify new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities - Constantly educate and check product knowledge of employees - Develop positive working relationships and address employee issues - Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and prepare MIS reports - Organize and participate in relevant events - Ensure effective merchandising and display - Interface with parents/educational institutions for product solutions - Ensure speedy resolution of queries and grievances - Manage end-to-end branch operations and liaison with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience (MBA would be an added advantage) - Experience in consultative sales profile - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills - Ability to excel in multitasking, prioritize, and handle a team - High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Interpersonal skills to communicate with various client groups - Good written and verbal communication skills (South-Regional Language is Mandatory) Additional Details: Company operates in the Education/Teaching/Training/Insurance/Pharma industry within the Sales & Marketing functional area.
