 Deputy Area Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieve targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee car finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters, provide regular updates, and offer proper guidelines.
  • Review and track milestones.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products.
  • Travel with Relationship Officers (RO's).
  • Timely allocation of cases to team members.
  • Proficient in Excel for daily tracking of team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily management of DRR (Daily Risk Report).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Counsel and groom direct reportees to enhance and polish their skill sets.
  • Manage a team of collection officers to achieve overall targets.
  • Rectify problems encountered during the collection process.
  • Manage average collection reports to monitor and improve collection performance.
  • Legal recovery for Urban NPL (Non-Performing Loans) in Wheels (vehicle finance).
  • Repo and legal management.
  • Litigation and case management.
  • Compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Reporting and documentation.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collections targets through customer and agency visits.
  • Ability to monitor performance, provide updates, and offer guidance.
  • Experience in milestone reviewing and tracking.
  • Understanding of legal guidelines for product repossession.
  • Willingness to travel with field staff (RO's).
  • Experience in timely case allocation to team members.
  • Proficiency in Excel for daily tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to maintain accurate customer interaction and transaction records.
  • Strong escalation and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience in managing DRR (Daily Risk Report).
  • Strategic mindset for improving collection rates.
  • Experience in counseling and developing team members.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a collections team.
  • Problem-solving skills within the collection process.
  • Ability to manage and analyze collection performance reports.
  • Knowledge in legal recovery for vehicle finance and NPL management.
  • Experience in repo, legal management, litigation, and case management.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk mitigation.
