 Deputy Area Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieve assigned targets across various parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies effectively.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases individually.
  • Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Manage portfolio performance.
  • Formulate and execute debt collection strategies.
  • Achieve set targets.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis.
  • Identify and manage risks.
  • Lead and guide the team.
  • Manage vendors effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven experience in achieving collections targets by engaging with customers and agencies.
  • Ability to monitor performance against parameters and provide updates.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines related to product repossession.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records and reporting collection activities.
  • Proficiency in handling escalations and issue resolution.
  • Experience in Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement collection improvement strategies.
  • Case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines (AOP).
  • Portfolio management skills.
  • Expertise in debt collection strategy and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical skills for reporting and risk management.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and vendor management abilities.
  • Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
