Role & responsibilities

To lead and manage all plant-level administrative functions by ensuring smooth operations, statutory compliance, infrastructure upkeep, employee services, and effective coordination with internal teams and external agencies. The role is critical in enabling uninterrupted plant operations through robust administrative governance, service delivery, and cost control.

  • 12 - 18 years of experience in plant or industrial administration.

  • Proven experience in facilities management, vendor handling, statutory compliance, and liaison with local authorities.
