Deployment Analyst - DevOps

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK)
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and performance issues
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release cycles
• Coordinate and execute application deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure compliance with change management and release governance policies.
• Document deployment procedures and maintain release notes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software deployment, release management and DevOps.
• CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, EKS)
• Containerization: Docker
• Orchestration: Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / CloudFormation
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong risk and issues identification and management skills.
• ITIL or Agile certification is a plus.
