Job Title: Department Manager
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Target Achievement
Drive sales to achieve department targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
2. Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer service standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Maintain a friendly and welcoming store environment.
3. Merchandise Management
Ensure correct stock levels, proper display, and visual merchandising as per Zudio guidelines.
Coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving stock and plan promotions accordingly.
4. Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates in the department.
Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks effectively.
Conduct regular team briefings to communicate goals and updates.
5. Operational Excellence
Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with operational policies.
Ensure price tagging, barcoding, and discount implementation are accurate.
Support the Store Manager in audits and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Retail Management or related field).
2–5 years of experience in retail (apparel sector preferred).
Experience in team supervision and handling
Salary: 25k -28k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
