Dental Quality Reviewer

Role Overview: As a Quality Improvement Coordinator, your main role will be to support the organizational commitment to quality. You will participate in organization-wide strategic planning related to quality and align quality and safety activities with strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include assisting in evaluating or developing data management systems, participating in population health promotion and continuum of care activities, and assisting with survey or accreditation readiness. You will also be involved in the process for evaluating compliance with internal and external requirements, designing performance, process, and quality improvement training, and assisting in developing scorecards and dashboards. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate resource needs to leadership to improve quality.
