Dental Office Coordinator

Are you a motivated and organized individual with patient calling experience in the USA healthcare industry? We’re looking for a Dental Office Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth front office operations while delivering exceptional support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
• Manage and reschedule appointments for the dental hygienist and dentists as needed
• Perform dental insurance eligibility verifications and assist with insurance-related queries
• Support front office operations and contribute to efficient patient flow
• Utilize hands-on experience in Dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to support billing and collections
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dental office setting (front desk, coordinator, or patient caller role preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with U.S. patients
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes and eligibility checks
• Proficiency with dental scheduling software and RCM practices
• Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a U.S. healthcare/dental setup is highly preferred

Salary Range: $300 – $400 (Paid in U.S. Dollars)
