Job Title – Dental Associate (Operational Work for UK Dentistry)

Job Description:
As a Dental Associate at Alliance Worldwide Health-tech, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall operations in our DSO's based in the UK. You will be responsible for Patient Care Management, Procurement-Ordering, Compliance & Claims, Equipment’s Repair and spare parts handling. While clinical experience is not required, candidates with a background or interest in dentistry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Operations of all the Dental Practices of Alliance Dental in UK.
• Managing in terms of Compliance and Claims.

· Keeping check on the Dentist's invoices raised and mitigating the over dues paid to the dentist. (Overpayment of Dentists)

• Managing the Equipment’s maintenance and Repair and Hand Piece Repair.
• Managing the Spare Parts.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update relevant information as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Keeping track of the Patient’s refund status and do the needful.

· Keeping track of the Patient's Treatment Charges.

• Keeping track of the Patient's Medical History.
• Private Lists and Debt Lists of Dentists.
• Ensure that the dental practice complies with all UK govt Regulations (CQC) (NHS) (GDC)
• Documentation and Record Keeping as per the Guidelines.
• Managing the Software's used in Dental Practices of Alliance Dental in UK which includes – Dentally, R4 & SOE.
• Managing Lab Bills and Invoices.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Dentistry or related field (Mandatory).
• Basic Knowledge of MS-Office.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a UK process.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

• Non-clinical experience in the dental industry.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software.
