Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Dental Assistant cum Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires proficiency in both clinical assistance and front-desk management, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and courteously. Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes. Clinical Assistance: Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures. Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean clinical environment. Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental assistance is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in a dental clinic setting preferred. Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
