Job Title: Audiologist/Speech Therapist – Profit Sharing Basis Location: SECTOR 70 MOHALI,PUNJAB India Organization: Dr. Kuthiala ENT and Hearing Aid Centre Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time (Profit Sharing Model) Experience Level: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with strong clinical training may apply) Education: BASLP or MASLP (RCI Registration Mandatory) About Us: Dr. Kuthiala ENT and Hearing Aid Centre is a leading ENT and audiology clinic in Chandigarh, committed to providing comprehensive ear, nose, throat, and hearing care services. We are expanding our services and seeking a dedicated Audiologist/Speech Therapist to join our team on a profit-sharing basis. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and speech-language assessments. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with speech, language, and hearing disorders. Collaborate with ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Valid RCI registration. Strong clinical skills in both audiology and speech-language pathology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in ENT or audiology clinics. Familiarity with hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation. Proficiency in local languages in addition to English.
