Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Demo Promoter

Conduct product demonstrations of RO water purifiers to potential customers at homes, retail counters, or events.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers clearly and convincingly.
Assist customers with queries related to the product and guide them through the purchase decision.
Support in the initial installation process (basic setup; full installation by service technician).
Collect customer leads and feedback and report regularly to the supervisor.
Maintain the demo unit in clean and working condition.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams for follow-ups, installations, and customer service.
Meet daily/weekly targets for demos and conversions.
Maintain documentation of demos conducted and customer interactions.
