Demo executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Demo Executive to join our growing team. The Demo Executive will be responsible for presenting our recruitment portal to potential clients and candidates, explaining platform features, and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live product demos for clients, recruiters, and job seekers.
• Explain platform features, benefits, and processes clearly and effectively.
• Guide new users through registration, profile creation, and platform navigation.
• Collect client feedback and share insights with the product team.
• Support sales and marketing teams by showcasing platform value to potential customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and users.
• Stay updated on all platform features, updates, and services to deliver accurate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Marketing, Business, or HR).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with web-based tools.
• Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
