Job Description

Were looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Demo Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a talent for communicating complex solutions in a clear, engaging way. Youll be the technical face of our sales process, crafting and delivering compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of our Salesforce-based products and solutions to prospective clients. This role is a perfect blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our Salesforce-based products, understanding their features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.
Demo Creation & Delivery: Design, build, and deliver customized, high-impact product demonstrations to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives. This includes preparing compelling demo environments that reflect real-world scenarios.
Technical Consultation: Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and business challenges. Translate these into a tailored demonstration strategy.
Industry-Specific Demos: Develop and deliver industry-specific demos that highlight how our solutions address the unique pain points and workflows of various sectors, such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
RFP/RFI Support: Provide technical content and support for proposals (RFPs) and information requests (RFIs).
Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from prospects and the sales team to inform product development and improve the demo process.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, specifically with the Salesforce platform.
Salesforce Skills: Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the ability to configure custom objects, workflows, and reports. Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a significant plus.
Demo & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to deliver engaging and professional presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience creating and delivering demos tailored to specific industries. Please highlight your experience in sectors like TTLH, financial services, manufacturing, auto, and public sector.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
