Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a Demi Chef De Partie specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Pan-Asian dishes, ensuring high culinary standards, and maintaining consistency in presentation and taste. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen workspace, monitoring inventory, and assisting with menu planning and food safety practices. Collaboration with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences is also integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pan-Asian cuisine with cooking and food preparation skills.
• Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining consistency in presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and inventory management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment, and meet quality standards.
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Culinary certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus.
