GNG Developers, established in 2019, started as a Cloud Kitchen developer entity focusing on building cloud kitchens across India. The company launched its first delivery restaurant brand, "Karchi," in 2020, which quickly became one of the top 10 GMV outlets in Agra by 2021. GNG Developers expanded its portfolio with the launch of a Pan-Asian delivery brand, "Chow's Kitchen," in 2021, which also received great market acceptance. Dedicated to providing exemplary food through specialty restaurant brands, GNG Developers aims to scale with efficient delivery and dine-in systems. The company plans to open more specialty restaurant brands and aims to operate in 5+ locations by the end of 2025.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi 1st-Curries at GNG Developers located in Agra. The Commi 1st-Curries will be responsible for preparing and cooking various curry dishes, ensuring hygiene standards, and supporting the head chef in daily kitchen operations. The role involves food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and effective communication with the kitchen team.

• Strong Culinary Skills and expertise in preparing curries
• Adherence to Hygiene standards
• Effective Communication skills within the kitchen team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
