Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine. This position is based in Agra. The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of Pan-Asian dishes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, assisting in menu planning, maintaining inventory and hygiene standards, and managing kitchen operations in collaboration with other chefs. The role will involve creating new recipes, training junior kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Pan-Asian cuisine and culinary techniques
• Proficiency in kitchen management and inventory control
• Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and menu planning
• Ability to maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Culinary certification or degree from a recognized institution
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in training and supervising kitchen staff is a plus
