Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie-Indian Curry, located in Agra. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking Indian curry dishes according to recipes, overseeing kitchen operations during service, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Other tasks include assisting the head chef, managing inventory, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. The role involves both team collaboration and independent tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and cooking Indian curry dishes
• Experience in kitchen operations, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with kitchen staff
• Experience in maintaining food quality and presentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant culinary certifications and prior experience in a similar role are advantageous
