The position at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur involves preparing special meals or substitute items, regulating the temperature of cooking equipment, and ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and food garnishing. You will also assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and counseling employees. It is essential to follow all company policies and safety procedures, report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions to the manager, and complete safety training. The preferred qualifications for this position include a Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree along with at least 3 years of related work experience. While supervisory experience is not required, possessing a relevant license or certification is also not mandatory.
