Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie Bakery & Pastry located in Mawal. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of a wide range of bakery and pastry items. Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, following recipes, ensuring presentation standards, maintaining high levels of hygiene and sanitation, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery and pastry preparation, including knowledge of various baking techniques and pastry arts
• Proficiency in preparing ingredients and following recipes accurately
• Ability to ensure presentation standards and maintain high levels of hygiene and sanitation
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant culinary degree or diploma is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is beneficial
