Role Overview

Demand Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through

  cold calling, client visits, and networking

  .
• Meet with potential clients (corporates, travel agencies, organizations) and

  pitch OYO’s portfolio

  .
• Present OYO’s hotels, pricing comparisons, and best offers to win client trust.
  

• Onboard new clients

  and ensure they start booking exclusively through OYO.
• Build long-term client relationships and

  retain accounts for repeat sales

  .
• Maintain a sales tracker and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
