Job Description

As the Head of Demand Generation at Mindtickle, your primary responsibility is to drive pipeline and revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs. You will work closely with various teams like Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Customer Marketing to develop and execute innovative strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and scale the digital marketing strategy, including web optimization, SEO, GEO-targeted campaigns, and paid performance marketing. - Enhance Mindtickle's brand trust graph on platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Sales Enablement societies, and AI forums. - Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth in key strategic accounts. - Establish comprehensive, cross-channel integrated marketing plans to amplify Mindtickle's brand and solution positioning. - Forge partnerships with Business Development to align outbound initiatives with demand generation strategy. - Provide strategic guidance to Field Marketing and oversee content creative function to align content strategy with demand generation objectives. - Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing demand generation team across digital marketing, ABM, marketing operations, and content specialists. - Allocate and manage the demand generation budget effectively to maximize pipeline impact and ROI. **Qualifications and Skills:** - 10+ years of demand generation leadership experience in B2B SaaS. - Expertise in digital marketing strategies, ABM, marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics tools. - Strong analytical skills and exceptional collaboration abilities. - Demonstrated track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue acceleration through innovative demand generation programs. - Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven automation and iterative GTM processes.
