Job Description

As the Head of Demand Generation at Mindtickle, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline and revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and scaling the digital marketing strategy, encompassing web optimization, SEO, GEO-targeted campaigns, and paid performance marketing. - Understanding and enhancing Mindtickle's brand trust graph across platforms like G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Sales Enablement societies, and AI forums. - Building and executing targeted campaigns to elevate Mindtickle's trust ratings and drive stronger organic demand. - Analyzing and optimizing digital channels to enhance lead quality, volume, and cost efficiency. - Driving innovation and adopting new digital strategies leveraging AI-driven personalization and optimization tools. You will also be expected to: - Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth in key strategic accounts. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and objectives. - Establish and execute comprehensive, cross-channel integrated marketing plans to amplify Mindtickle's brand and solution positioning. - Forge deep partnerships with the Sr. Director of Business Development to align outbound BDR initiatives with demand generation strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing the content creative function to align content strategy with demand generation objectives. - Developing targeted demand generation campaigns focused on existing accounts and re-engaging former customers. - Leading, mentoring, and building a high-performing demand generation team across various specialties. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - 10+ years of demand generation leadership experience in B2B SaaS. - Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, and website optimization. - Deep experience in ABM strategy and execution. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics tools. - Exceptional collaboration skills with various teams. - Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams. - Strategic thinker with a track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue acceleration through innovative demand generation programs.
